Shipping Costs

Within United States our shipping costs are:

• Delivery: 5 to 7 days $5.95
• FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $50.00: 5 to 7 days

We aim to process your order within 24-48 hours of it being placed. Lightfeet currently only ships orders Monday to Friday, during office hours.

Lightfeet will email you to confirm the order and again at the time of dispatch.

Once an order has left the Lightfeet facility, it is in the care of the shipping provider and your local postal service. Lightfeet is not liable for any errors made by these services.

Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. Lightfeet is not liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.

Standard Delivery
The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 days after shipment.

For deliveries, we suggest you have your order delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and will require a signature on receipt. If you aren’t available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
