We suggest selecting your usual running shoe size when purchasing Lightfeet Thongs, Slides, Socks or Insoles.

If you find the thong strap to be a bit too snug, it can be adjusted by gently stretching to accommodate the width of your foot. Be careful not to over stretch.

For Half Sizes:

If you wear a half size, we suggest opting for the next full size up. For instance, if your usual size is 8.5, please order a size 9.

    Since 2006, the Lightfeet Arch Support Thongs have been designed by Australian Sports Podiatrists whose extensive knowledge of foot mechanics led to the creation of this therapeutic, soft, and fashionable line of arch support thongs.

    ARCH SUPPORT & HEEL CUP

    The longitudinal and transverse arch contour cradles the foot, and combined with the deep heel cup, these features work together to help align the foot, improve muscle efficiency, reducing joint stress and offer all-day comfort and support.

    T-BAR & FIRM STRAPS

    The T-bar design and tighter straps provide several key benefits. The two features combine to help prevent toe clawing, which can occur with traditional thongs where the toes have to constantly grip to keep the thong in place.

    The tighter straps also help the thongs stay securely on the feet, without the need for the toes to constantly grip, which helps you walk with a consistent, natural gait.

    MADE FROM RECYCLED MATERIALS

    Our Lightfeet Arch Support Thongs are crafted from recycled EVA.

    Our unique process of repurposing EVA from offcuts prevents unnecessary waste and materials going to landfill where it can take 150 - 200 years to breakdown.

    The recycled EVA is durable, shock absorbing, cushioned and molds to the shape of your foot, creating a super comfy fit.
