I find the sox supportive for my feet and the compression band does help.

Absolutely awesome service. I had contacted customer service as my friend and I really wanted the same colour socks- the customer service rep went above and beyond but after several days could not help with same colour BUT we were both still so happy with what we got! Lighfeet are the most comfiest socks you can walk/ run and work out in!

Best socks I’ve ever purchased! The perfect amount of stretch and thickness where it matters. They hold their shape well and stay up without leaving pressure marks on the legs. Not inexpensive but definitely worth purchasing.

I have recently started running and I was struggling to increase my distance due to painful blisters. A co-worker who runs marathons recommended these socks to me and I was incredibly surprised how great they are! I just run a PB 12k with no blisters at all! Onwards to a half marathon now! I would give the same review for these insoles as I did Love these insoles. I have found them to be really helpful for the osteo-arthritis in my feet and my ankles rolling in. I purchased size 9-10 for women and they fit my runners perfectly, but had to buy a smaller size (7-8) for my dress shoes, and the smaller size fits them well. Service and delivery were excellent. the slim fit ones. They are great.
