• Helps relieve plantar fasciitis pain. Our 1st Ray Drop Out, Arch Contour Flex and deep cushioning work together to reduce strain on the plantar fascia and ease heel and arch discomfort.
• Relieves tired, aching legs. Lightweight, shock-absorbing EVA cushioning takes the load off your feet, knees and lower back — ideal for long days on hard surfaces.
• Improved stability. A deeper heel cup combined with longitudinal and transverse arch support keeps your foot aligned with every step.
• Prevents toe clawing. A secure strap, T-bar toe grip and built-in toe spring stop your toes from gripping to keep the thong on — the leading cause of foot fatigue in standard thongs.

Our Arch Support Thongs are crafted from recycled EVA foam, reclaimed from footwear manufacturing offcuts that would otherwise end up in landfill — where EVA can take 150 to 200 years to break down.
By repurposing this material, we keep waste out of landfill and reduce demand for virgin foam, without sacrificing performance. Recycled EVA is just as durable, shock-absorbing and cushioned as new EVA, and it moulds subtly to the shape of your foot for a personalised, broken-in feel.

Materials & Care
To get the longest life out of your Lightfeet Arch Support Thongs:
• Made from recycled EVA foam. Our thongs do not contain rubber or latex, making them a great option for anyone with rubber or latex sensitivities.
• Hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Air dry away from direct sunlight.
• Avoid excessive heat — don't leave them in a hot car, near heaters, or in direct sun for long periods, as this can warp the EVA.
• Avoid harsh chemicals and aggressive detergents.
• Take care when wet — the recycled EVA surface can be slippery on wet tiles, decks and pool surrounds.
• Hold the handrail on escalators, as you would with any thong or slide.
Size & Fit
We recommend ordering your usual running shoe size. This applies across our Thongs, Slides, Socks and Insoles.
Half sizes: Round up to the next full size. For example, if you're normally an 8.5, order a 9.
Strap fit: If the strap feels slightly snug at first, gently stretch it outward to suit the width of your foot. Stretch in small amounts — over-stretching can permanently loosen the strap.

I have been wearing LightFeet thongs for 3 years now. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and swear by them for my day to day wear. They are like no other thongs out there. They hug my feet so I don’t feel like I have to use my toes to wear them properly (unlike some other thongs brands). I have a pair for indoors, and also multiple pairs for going out and also wearing around the yard. I actually wear them 90% of the time (sports shoes the rest of the time). My only complaint is they aren’t readily available to purchase in many stores.

2nd pair of these thongs, very comfortable. I am prone to plantar fasciitis and have high arches. These are comfortable and provide the required support to avoid sore feet even if I walk all day in thongs. They do take a day or two of adjusting to. My arches ached initially when I started wearing them but that is not unusual with orthopedic shoes. Within two days that stopped.
The shoes fit perfectly and allow me to move comfortably throughout my day.
