Lightfeet 3/4 Plantar Fasciitis Insoles are podiatrist-designed 3/4 length orthotic insoles built specifically to help relieve the pain and fatigue of plantar fasciitis — combining a flexible torsion plate that supports natural plantar fascia function with a thick HYDRO GEL™ heel pad for impact protection.

The plate supports the arch while still allowing the plantar fascia to flex naturally with each step — providing structural support without locking the foot rigid. Why a 3/4 length insole?

A 3/4 length insole runs from the heel to just behind the ball of the foot — stopping short of the toes. It can sit on top of your existing shoe insole without needing to remove it. This is a deliberate design choice for three reasons:

1. Versatility across shoes. Because there's no need to remove your shoe's original insole, the Lightfeet 3/4 Plantar Fasciitis Insole can be moved easily between multiple pairs of shoes — running shoes, work shoes, casual sneakers — for consistent plantar fascia support throughout your day.
2. Targeted support. Plantar fasciitis pain originates at the heel and along the arch. The 3/4 length delivers cushioning and arch support exactly where it's needed — without altering the feel of the forefoot.
3. Fits more shoes. A 3/4 device takes up less internal volume than a full-length insole, so it fits in a wider range of shoes — including footwear that won't accommodate a thicker full-length orthotic.
