Anatomical left- and right-foot construction. Each sock is shaped specifically for the left or right foot, delivering a glove-like fit that prevents bunching and slippage.
Targeted blister protection. Mid-weight padding is positioned across high-friction zones — including the medial and lateral metatarsal heads and the lateral toes — to reduce rubbing exactly where blisters typically form.
Seamless toe construction. A flat, hand-linked toe seam removes the bulky ridge across your toes that causes chafing and pressure points.
Cool, dry, fresh feet. Coolmax® moisture-wicking yarn pulls sweat away from skin, while breathable cooling mesh panels accelerate airflow to keep feet fresh during high-output activity.
Elastic arch support. A built-in elastic arch band contours to the midfoot, locking the sock in place during high-impact movement.
Lightweight and breathable. Built for running, intense workouts and walking — a true everyday performance sock.
MATERIALS & CARE

Care instructions:
• Machine wash on a normal cycle, turned inside out, in cold or warm water

Not someone prone to giving reviews I think these socks are well worth comment. They provide a great cushioning experience to my heel and have helped me immensely with my plantar fasciitis. They have literally helped me walk again. Well made, groovy colours....love them.

These are my 7th pair of these thongs. I also bought two pairs for hubby (and I’ve had 4 pairs and also 1 gifted). I tell everyone to buy them. Honestly they’re the best thongs EVER. So comfy and stylish for “flip flops”, not expensive and just a darn good thong especially with arch support. Rush to buy you won’t be disappointed. Fabulous around the pool and summer gardening and still look amazing after extended wear. Please though Lightfeet can you make young kids thongs? My young grandchildren go to the beach all the time with both nippers and summer time fun. They want me to buy for them too but all sizes are too large for their tiny feet. Definitely a 100% recommendation.
These socks are always super comfortable! Walking around 8km on golf course! They never slip down into your shoe and the bottom of the sock is well padded and sculptured to your right and left feet! The only socks I wear for sport and walking!
We put them in our joggers and our hiking boots. We do alot of long distance walking and hiking and these " refresh" the shoes and increase longevity of them amazing and 100% recommend. Have been buying them for years.

I have a lot of trouble with my feet and play a lot of golf, ALWAYS WALKING. All my previous socks get holes in them after just a couple of wears.
