Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy for any reason, you may return the product to us within 30 days of receiving the order.

Please check your delivery carefully to ensure the product delivered matches your order and is not damaged. It is important to note that due to the robust nature of the product, damage incurred to the packaging does not necessarily mean damage to the actual product.

Faulty Product

If you believe the product to be faulty then contact us within 30 days of receipt of order at info@lightfeet.com.au

An exchange or credit can be arranged once the Lightfeet Quality team have reviewed product issue.

Faulty product does not have to be returned in original product packaging.

You are responsible for shipping and handling fees when returning a faulty item. We are not responsible for, nor will we refund, lost or damaged packages.

Returns & Exchanges

Any item sold by Lightfeet Pty Ltd, may be returned for a full refund of the item’s cost within 30 days of receipt of goods. We are happy to exchange product for different sizes, but please be aware that some larger sizes may incur additional costs.

All returns and exchanges need to be arranged prior to returning the goods through our contact info@lightfeet.com.au

Note that all product must be returned in original condition, unworn and unmarked and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns of items that do not have their original packaging and documentation. Your return will be processed as a refund against the credit card, or method of payment, supplied at purchase.

You are responsible for shipping and handling fees when returning or exchanging an item. You may return your package via the carrier of your choice. We are not responsible for, nor will we refund, lost or damaged packages.

Please be aware that your new order will be processed as per normal, and we cannot fast track any new orders processed. Sorry.

WHAT can be returned?

Any product that you are not satisfied with can be returned within 21 days of receiving the product.

Yes, all products are returnable but note that returns must be set back to us within 21 days of receipt and must be co-ordinated by firstly contacting our help desk at info@lightfeet.com.au

SHIPPING for returns?

All postage costs for returns must be covered by the customer.

Do items need to be in original packaging for returns?

Yes, if the product is the incorrect size or an exchange is required. In the case of faulty product the packaging is not required but the outcome of any credit/refund will depend on Lightfeet’s Quality department inspecting the faulty product.
