Comfortable but should have got a bigger size

The arch support insoles are good but it took weeks to travel about 15km from your distribution centre. I called two weeks after the order was placed and only then did it get processed. Having said that, the insoles suit what I needed and I will buy a couple more pairs for my other shoes.

They serve the purpose ok. Straps are a bit small and tight and they can be slippery in wet.

Unfortunately the straps were to tight on my feet so I can't wear them.
