A friend of mine recommended these socks to me. Based on what she told me I had pretty high expectations but they were definitely exceeded. I had previously been getting pretty severe blisters (as well as fungal toenail infections) from running with plain cotton socks but they are quickly healing even though I haven’t reduced my weekly average running distance. Since I started running I have always worn Lightfeet socks on the recommendation of my physiotherapist.
